PRELAUNCH · INFORMATION ONLYHow funding could work.
ERN is exploring two separate routes: voluntary support without ownership, and a possible equity investment route. Neither route is open. This page is educational, not an offer to sell securities or a request for investment commitments.
Support without equity.
Planned voluntary contributions would support student businesses without buying ownership, repayment rights or a financial return. This is not presented as a charitable tax deduction. A contribution would not purchase a product, reward or service.
Equity investing: under exploration.
A separate possible route would involve ownership and investment risk. It is unavailable and would require an appropriate legal offering structure and registered intermediary where required. Regulation Crowdfunding offerings must use an SEC- and FINRA-registered intermediary. No provider, registered investment partner or legal operator has been selected. No company shares, valuation or investment terms are offered here.
Follow the progress.
Reading public campaign stories and current project status is free. A company-following experience is planned; following is not available in this preview. No subscription or ownership is created. Founder spotlights, sneak peeks and event invitations remain planned as labeled.

Fees, payouts and refunds.
The planned ERN platform fee is 5% for the contribution route only. It is not an all-inclusive charge or an assumed investment commission. Processing and payout charges are not confirmed. The contribution demo shows 5% arithmetic before unknown processing costs; it does not show a final payout.
Optional tips in the demo default to $0 and are added separately. Final treatment of tips, platform and processing fees on refunds, payout control and timing, refund eligibility and funding, loss responsibilities and support procedures are under review before launch. No real money is accepted.
A 14-day founder-nonresponse threshold is a proposed escalation deadline, not a refund or recovery guarantee. Material changes, unused funds, closure and supporter consent require finalized rules; silence is not authorization to repurpose funds. Available funds and lawful provider processes may limit recovery. No universal refund or escrow protection is promised.
Ownership would need a documented exit process.
Any future investment rights would be defined in that offering’s official documents. An investor might hold shares indefinitely. A request for a permitted transfer would be subject to holding restrictions, company rights and partner eligibility checks. A willing buyer, an optional lawful company repurchase or another qualifying exit would still be needed. Shares may remain illiquid indefinitely even after a holding period ends.
A sale price would be agreed with a buyer. Company repurchase terms and valuation would need documented rules; there is no mandatory buyback. Company-sale proceeds would depend on share-class rights, dilution, debts, costs and priority claims. A founder’s promise cannot establish a payout amount. There is no guaranteed buyer, price, profit or repayment; an investor could lose the entire investment.
What a future process would need to document
Proposed safeguards, subject to legal and partner review: share count and class, the basis for ownership percentages, rights and priorities, transfer conditions, and a transaction statement identifying the agreed price, deductions and allocation. Ownership records, settlement, conflicts and dispute review would need defined responsibilities. These are not services ERN currently provides, and ERN does not promise independent valuations or enforcement of a fair value.
ERN does not operate an exchange, custody, redemption or share-transfer service. Any future offering and exit process would depend on its legal structure, official documents and authorized partners.

ERN is prelaunch. Real contributions and investments are not accepted. Private owner review documents remain TEST/DRAFT, not executable agreements. Business success, funding and investment returns are not guaranteed. College references do not imply school endorsement.
Four private draft guides are available to approved founders and the owner. The toolkit, monthly spotlight, directory, sneak peeks and events are planned as labeled. No event is scheduled.
